Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or payment. Approvals may occur in stages (for example, household approval, pet approval, and approval of individual cost lines for payment). Funding is subject to verification, clinic participation, and the availability of donated funds.

You will not attempt to disrupt the Services, access data you are not authorized to view, or use the Services for unlawful purposes. Staff-only materials (including applicant uploads intended for staff review) must not be shared outside authorized workflows.
