We use information to operate the Services, evaluate eligibility, communicate status updates, coordinate with approved veterinary clinics as permitted by your submissions, maintain security, comply with law, and document decisions through audit trails.

Applicant income documentation and full application details are intended for staff review workflows unless we explicitly provide a different sharing mechanism as part of program operations.
